How to Make a Video Call
Video calling with telyHD is immersive and easy!
With no software to install and no computer required, telyHD is an all-in-one solution. It only takes a few minutes to set up telyHD and you are ready to make a call!
After you log in with your Skype™ account, simply browse your contacts and select who you want to call. It’s that simple!
There is also a phone keypad so you can dial people who don’t have Skype (requires Skype Credit).
What can you do on a Video Call?
There are a number of features you can use while on a call:
Audio Only
Feeling shy? You can turn off the video and use telyHD like a giant speaker phone for your couch.
Photo Sharing
Have a picture to share? If both you and the remote party have a telyHD, you can instantly share and save the photos that are shared with you to a USB memory stick or SD card!
Hold Video
Need some privacy? You can mute the audio and suspend the video by placing the call on hold.
Change Layout
You can toggle between full screen, full screen with preview window, and tool tip mode.
Zoom
Want to capture something specific? Create a more intimate conversation by zooming, panning and cropping the picture in order to get the perfect shot.
End Call
When you’re ready to end the call, click the red button on your remote or select the on screen icon.

Photo Sharing
Sending photos via email is OK, but your friends can’t hear the story. With telyHD you can instantly share photos from an SD card or USB memory stick. You’ll be able to view all of the available photos and select only the photos you want to share.
