Tely Labs and Skype just announced “TelyHD TV Phone” which look similar to Microsoft Kinect but actaully it has a HD webcam inside and running customized version of Android powered by a Tegra 2 processor. The device aimed to bring HD video chat on regular HD TVs. Most of the companies adding video chat feature to their latest HD TVs using Skype.
